Real people who actually care about your store
EcomOptix is a specialist ecommerce marketing and development agency working with brands across the US, UK and Australia. We started because too many store owners were juggling three freelancers to get one thing done — and paying for reports instead of revenue.
We started this because the alternative was broken.
Our founder spent years as an SEO specialist and developer, taking on clients who arrived frustrated by agencies that over-promised and freelancers who disappeared. The pattern repeated often enough to be worth fixing.
Over-promised, under-delivered
Clients came to us having paid for page-one guarantees and 30-day rankings that were never realistic. They'd lost money and, worse, trust in the whole channel.
Three freelancers for one change
A designer, a developer and an SEO who never spoke to each other. Every small update turned into a week of coordination the client had to project-manage themselves.
Reports instead of revenue
Monthly decks full of impressions and rankings, with no line connecting any of it to orders. Traffic went up. The bank balance didn't.
Four disciplines. One accountable team.
Most stores need two or three of these working together. Very few need all four on day one, and we’ll tell you which is which.

We’d rather show you the operating numbers than adjectives about passion and innovation.
Figures reflect cumulative agency delivery. Individual client results vary by category, competition and starting position.
The specialists behind every engagement.
You work directly with the people delivering the strategy and the execution — the same team from your first audit through to monthly reporting, rather than being handed to an account manager after the sales call.

None of this is clever. It’s just what an agency looks like when it’s built around keeping clients rather than winning them.
We tell you when to say no
If optimizing what you have beats what we'd like to sell you, we say so. It costs us projects and it keeps clients for years.Revenue reporting, not vanity metrics
Reports lead with attributed orders and revenue. Impressions and rankings are supporting evidence, not the headline. One team, start to finish
Strategy, SEO, CRO and development sit in the same team, so nothing gets lost in a handoff between vendors.Fixed scope, fixed price
You know the number before we start. No hourly billing that quietly becomes your problem when things overrun. You own everything
Your code, your accounts, your data. No proprietary platform and no lock-in if you decide to leave. We answer the awkward questions
How long, how much, what could go wrong, and what happens if it doesn't work. Asked upfront, answered honestly. We'd rather lose the pitch than win it on a promise we can't keep.
The principle the agency was built on.
Ecommerce is the only thing we do. Not brochure sites, not B2B SaaS, not local services with an ecommerce plugin bolted on. That focus is why we can be specific about what works instead of guessing.
We're not right for everyone
and we'd rather say so early.
A bad-fit client is worse for us than no client. Here’s who we work best with, and who should probably look elsewhere.
✓ This is for you if…
- ✓You run an ecommerce store doing $30K–$300K/month, or you're building toward it
- ✓You want organic revenue that compounds, not a short-term traffic spike
- ✓You're willing to make changes to the store when the data says so
- ✓You'd rather hear an honest timeline than an optimistic one
- ✓You want one team handling SEO, CRO and development together
- ✓You judge marketing by revenue, not by dashboard screenshots
✕ This is NOT for you if…
- ✕You want page-one rankings guaranteed in 30 days
- ✕You're looking for the cheapest quote rather than the best return
- ✕You need a brochure site, a B2B SaaS funnel, or a local services campaign
- ✕You want us to work without access to analytics or the store admin
- ✕You expect results while nothing on the site is allowed to change
The part that actually matters.

“They explained what was broken in the first audit and I immediately understood why two previous agencies had failed. Six months in, our category pages are on page one.”
“The first agency that reported in orders instead of impressions. It completely changed how we make decisions about spend.”
“They told us not to buy a service we'd asked for because it wouldn't have helped yet. That's when I knew we'd keep working with them.”

Ecommerce only
Online stores are the only thing we work on. Every recommendation is judged against conversion rate, average order value and revenue per session.
Everything in one team
SEO, CRO and development sit together, so a technical fix doesn't wait three weeks for a developer who doesn't know the account.
Transparent by default
You keep access to every account, every report traces back to orders, and you can end the engagement whenever you want.
Eight years of pattern recognition
We've seen what breaks at $30K/month and what breaks again at $300K/month, so we can tell you what's coming before it costs you.
A specialist ecommerce agency, not a generalist with an ecom page.
EcomOptix is an ecommerce marketing and development agency working with online stores across the United States, United Kingdom and Australia. We handle SEO, conversion optimization, store development and paid efficiency for brands typically doing $30K–$300K per month — the stage where a store has proven demand and is being held back by its own architecture rather than by a lack of ideas.
Why specialization matters more than agency size
A generalist agency running SEO for a law firm, a SaaS company and an online store applies roughly the same playbook to all three, because that’s the only way the model scales. Ecommerce doesn’t work like that. Collection and category pages behave differently from service pages, product schema and faceted URLs create problems no brochure site ever has, and the metric that matters is revenue per session rather than form fills. Specialization is why we can be specific about what will work on your store instead of proposing a generic audit and hoping.
What we're accountable for, and what we're not
We’re accountable for organic revenue, conversion rate, technical health and the delivery timeline we quoted. We’re not accountable for demand that doesn’t exist, a product nobody wants, or a market where your pricing can’t compete — and we’ll tell you before we take the project if we think one of those is the real problem. That honesty is why our client retention sits at 90% rather than why it doesn’t. You can see the work across our ecommerce SEO, conversion rate optimization and Shopify development services.
Questions people ask before getting in touch.
Straight answers on team, pricing, contracts, industries and how we actually operate.
How big is the team and who will I work with?
We’re deliberately a small specialist team, and you work directly with the people delivering your project — not an account manager relaying messages. The person who audits your store is the person who works on it. We’d rather stay small and keep quality high than scale headcount and hand you to a junior.
What kind of businesses do you work with?
Ecommerce stores, almost always doing $30K–$300K per month or clearly heading there. We work across Shopify, Shopify Plus, WooCommerce, Magento and BigCommerce, in categories including beauty, apparel, furniture, supplements, pet, food and beverage, and B2B wholesale.
Which markets do you serve?
We work with brands in the United States, United Kingdom and Australia, and we handle the search nuances of each market separately rather than applying one playbook everywhere. Our team operates remotely and schedules calls around your timezone.
How much do you charge?
It depends on the service and the scope, and we quote a fixed price after the free audit rather than publishing a rate that would be wrong for most stores. You’ll always know the number before committing, and we’ll tell you if we don’t think the return justifies the spend.
Do you lock clients into long contracts?
No. There’s no lock-in, and you keep ownership of every account, asset and piece of code we touch. We’d rather earn the next month than trap you in the current one — which is the only reason our retention number means anything.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No, and we’d be suspicious of anyone who does. Nobody controls Google’s algorithm. What we commit to is a documented process, honest timelines, and reporting that traces our work back to orders so you can judge it commercially.
How quickly will I see results?
For SEO, most clients see ranking movement and early organic traffic in months two to three, with revenue attribution measurable from month three. Development and CRO work shows up faster because it affects existing traffic. Anyone promising page one in 30 days isn’t telling you the truth.
What happens on the first call?
We look at your store and your data together, and you get an honest read on what’s holding revenue back and what it would take to fix. You keep that analysis whether or not you hire us — it takes about 30 minutes and there’s no pitch deck.
Ready to see what we're actually about?
Get a free audit, strategy and consultation. We’ll show you what’s costing your store revenue right now, what we’d do about it, and what it would cost — and we’ll tell you honestly if you don’t need us yet.
Takes 30 minutes. You keep the audit regardless of what you decide.
We're real people and we really care about your business.
Websites and online marketing with clarity and integrity—just as it ought to be.
I began my career as an SEO specialist and developer, often encountering clients frustrated with previous agencies and freelancers who failed to deliver the over-promised results. These clients struggled with a disjointed approach, needing to coordinate multiple freelancers just for essential website updates.
Seeing this gap, I founded a one-stop solution where clients can access everything from marketing to development in one place. Our mission is to provide a streamlined, effective service that offers clarity and comprehensive support, simplifying every aspect of their online presence.
