White label development your agency ships as its own.
Your clients need builds you can’t staff. Ship them under your brand anyway.
Ecommerce development capacity is the hardest thing for an agency to scale: senior Shopify and WooCommerce engineers are expensive to hire and idle between projects. We are that bench, under your brand — your project manager, your client relationship, our engineers, NDA from day one.

Why agencies leak ecommerce revenue.
Every one of these is a capacity problem wearing a different costume. A white label bench removes all five at once.
Declining work you could sell
Ecommerce builds land in your pipeline and you pass, because the bench is not there.
Revenue walks to a competitor who may take the whole account with it.
Hiring for lumpy demand
Two builds this quarter, none next — but a senior Shopify engineer costs salary every month.
You carry idle payroll or burn out the one developer you have.
Freelancer roulette
Each project staffed from scratch with unknown contractors of unknown standards.
Quality varies per project, and your brand absorbs every miss.
Estimates without engineers
Scoping ecommerce builds without senior technical review.
Projects win on numbers that delivery cannot hit, and the margin dies in overruns.
Support cliffs after launch
The contractor who built it has moved on; the client’s bugs are now yours alone.
Post-launch support erodes the relationship the build was meant to cement.
A senior bench behind your brand.
The same engineering we sell directly — theme builds, custom features, rescues, performance — delivered through your agency, with artefacts built for your client relationships.
NDA-backed invisibility
Contracts that keep your clients yours and our name off everything, permanently.
Shopify & Woo builds
Theme builds, rebuilds and custom features in clean, documented, version-controlled code.
Pre-sale technical support
Scoping, estimates and technical proposals under your brand — before the deal is signed.
Flexible engagement
Per-project for builds, monthly retainer for ongoing capacity — scale either way.
Rescues & emergencies
Broken themes, failed builds, departed developers — absorbed quietly under your name.
Agency-ready reporting
Progress and delivery reports formatted for your PM to forward, not translate.
Built around your market
Build your search strategy around UK buying language, the products you stock and the places you deliver. We connect discovery with clear sizing, delivery and returns information so shoppers can make an informed choice.
Built for agencies — not for everyone.
Agencies with ecommerce clients
Your book has Shopify and WooCommerce retainers your generalist bench cannot serve at specialist depth.
Agencies scaling without payroll
Win the retainer first, add the capacity second — slots flex monthly with your pipeline.
Agencies protecting their brand
NDA-backed delivery under your logo, because one burned client costs more than any margin saved.

How our white label development compares to a typical agency.
White label promises are easy to make on a sales call. These are the ones we put in the contract.
| What matters | Typical agency | EcomOptix |
|---|---|---|
| Delivery | Offshore vendors you cannot inspect | A senior ecommerce bench under NDA |
| Branding | Their name creeps onto the work | Your logo on every artefact, always |
| Client contact | They talk to your clients | Only through your PM — invisible |
| Ownership | Lock-in and hidden dependencies | Your client owns everything, contractually |
| Capacity | Fixed minimums either way | Scale slots monthly with your pipeline |

The questions to ask before you hire anyone.
How invisible are you, really?
Completely, contractually. NDA before scoping, delivery through your PM, code committed under project accounts, and if calls need a technical voice we join under your domain as your team. Our name appears nowhere a client can see.
What platforms and work do you take on?
Shopify and Shopify Plus, WooCommerce and the WordPress around it: theme builds and rebuilds, custom features, integrations, rescues and performance work. Outside that scope we say so at scoping, not mid-project.
Who owns the code?
Your client, always — written into the agreement. Clean, documented, version-controlled work that any competent developer can maintain is the deliverable; lock-in would poison your relationship, which is the asset we exist to protect.
Can you help us scope and quote before we win the deal?
Yes — pre-sale technical review, estimates and proposal sections under your brand are included. Agencies lose ecommerce margin at estimation more often than at delivery; senior eyes at the quote fix that.
How does pricing work?
Wholesale day rates or project pricing with room for your markup — typically 40 to 100 percent to remain competitive. Retainer partners get priority scheduling and a reserved capacity floor.
What if a project goes wrong?
We fix it under your brand and absorb the awkwardness — that is what the arrangement is for. Escalation paths and revision terms are agreed in the partnership contract, so the worst case is defined before it can happen.
