White label development your agency ships as its own.
Your clients need builds you can’t staff. Ship them under your brand anyway.
Ecommerce development capacity is the hardest thing for an agency to scale: senior Shopify and WooCommerce engineers are expensive to hire and idle between projects. We are that bench, under your brand — your project manager, your client relationship, our engineers, NDA from day one.

Why agencies leak ecommerce revenue.
Every one of these is a capacity problem wearing a different costume. A white label bench removes all five at once.
Declining work you could sell
Ecommerce builds land in your pipeline and you pass, because the bench is not there.
Revenue walks to a competitor who may take the whole account with it.
Hiring for lumpy demand
Two builds this quarter, none next — but a senior Shopify engineer costs salary every month.
You carry idle payroll or burn out the one developer you have.
Freelancer roulette
Each project staffed from scratch with unknown contractors of unknown standards.
Quality varies per project, and your brand absorbs every miss.
Estimates without engineers
Scoping ecommerce builds without senior technical review.
Projects win on numbers that delivery cannot hit, and the margin dies in overruns.
Support cliffs after launch
The contractor who built it has moved on; the client’s bugs are now yours alone.
Post-launch support erodes the relationship the build was meant to cement.
A senior bench behind your brand.
The same engineering we sell directly — theme builds, custom features, rescues, performance — delivered through your agency, with artefacts built for your client relationships.
NDA-backed invisibility
Contracts that keep your clients yours and our name off everything, permanently.

What agency owners ask before outsourcing Shopify and WooCommerce builds.
What is white label web development?
White label web development is building websites that another agency sells and delivers as its own work. The developer writes the code; the agency keeps the client, the contract and the margin. For ecommerce, that means Shopify and WooCommerce themes, features and fixes shipped under the agency’s brand.
Do you work with Shopify and WooCommerce builds?
Yes, both. On Shopify and Shopify Plus we build Online Store 2.0 themes, custom sections and checkout extensions. On WooCommerce we handle child themes, custom plugins, HPOS-compatible changes and payment or shipping integrations. Magento, BigCommerce and headless builds are assessed at scoping, and we decline any we would be learning on.
Can everything be delivered under my agency’s branding?
Yes. Proposals, estimates, release notes and handover documents go out in your template with your logo. Commit messages and code comments carry no EcomOptix reference, and if a client call needs a technical voice, we join under your domain as your team. Our name appears nowhere your client can see.
Do you sign NDAs for white label development work?
Yes, before any scoping or store access. The NDA is mutual and includes a non-solicitation clause, so we cannot approach any client you introduce, during the partnership or after it ends. Ask every development partner on your shortlist for both in writing before you grant access to a client store.
What happens if I need to scale delivery up or down monthly?
You change capacity at the monthly review. Retainer partners add developer time when a build is won and release it in quiet months, with no minimum commitment on hours they may not use. One-off builds run as fixed-scope projects, so a single launch never locks your agency into a retainer.
How does white label development pricing work for agencies?
Builds are priced as scoped projects and ongoing capacity as a flat monthly retainer, month to month, in Australian dollars, quoted after we have seen the store and the brief. Template count, integrations, data migration and the support window move the number, and you set your client’s price. The usual first step is a free growth analysis of the client store.
Can you rescue a broken ecommerce site launch under our brand?
Yes, quietly. We take access through your agency, review the code the previous developer left, stabilise checkout and the templates losing orders first, then clear the remaining defects in priority order with release notes your PM can send. The client hears only from your team throughout the rescue.
Your agency sells it. We build it. Clients never know.
